មុខតំណែងៈ អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដកម្មវិធីទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យសាលារៀន

អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជា ជាអង្គការគ្រិស្តបរិស័ទក្នុងស្រុកមួយ ដែលបាននិងកំពុងអនុវត្តគម្រោងក្រោមគោលបំណងទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យ     (WASH)។ បេសកកម្មគឺ ដើម្បីលើកកំពស់គុណភាពទឹក អនាម័យ សុខភាព និងជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក្នុងបណ្តាសហគមន៍គោលដៅដោយប្រើបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងការអប់រំសមស្រប។ ការងារ​ទាំង​អស់​ត្រូវ​បាន​ធ្វើ​ឡើង​ដោយ​សហការ​ជាមួយ​ថ្នាក់​ដឹកនាំ​សហគមន៍ និង​អាជ្ញាធរ​មូលដ្ឋាន។ អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជាបច្ចុប្បន្នកំពុងអនុវត្តគម្រោងរបស់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងខេត្តចំនួន ១១ ដូចជា ស្វាយរៀង ព្រៃវែង កំពង់ធំ បាត់ដំបង ពោធិ៍សាត់ ឧត្តរមានជ័យ សៀមរាប ត្បូងឃ្មុំ កំពត រតនគិរីនិង ស្ទឹងត្រែង។

អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជាត្រូវការជ្រើសរើសអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តរយៈពេលវែងចំនួន ០១នាក់ សម្រាប់មុខតំណែងជា អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តរយៈពេលវែង កម្មវិធីទឹកស្អាតនិងអនាម័យសាលារៀន/School WASH Project Volunteer ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅ ភូមិពោធិ៍ស្រុក ឃុំកោងកាង ស្រុកពញាក្រែក ខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ

១ ការទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការងារ​ ៖

• ជួយបុគ្គលិកសម្របសម្រួលកម្មវិធីសាលារៀនតាមខេត្តអំពីការបង្រៀនស្ដីពីការប្រើប្រាស់និងថែចម្រោះទឹកជីវខ្សាច់ (ប៊ីយូសេនដ៍)។
• ជួយសម្រួលក្នុងការដំឡើងចម្រោះទឹកក្នុងសាលារៀនតាមតំបន់គោលដៅ។
• ចូលរួមការត្រួតពិនិត្យធុងចម្រោះតាមសាលាគោលដៅ។
• ដឹកជញ្ជូនសម្ភារៈចូលរួមត្រួតពិនិត្យការដឹកជញ្ជូនដំឡើងចម្រោះពីការិយាល័យខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺទៅកាន់សាលារៀនគោលដៅដើម្បី​រៀបចំ ទុកដាក់​ និងដំឡើងចម្រោះ។
• ជួយត្រួតពិនិត្យមើលការប្រើបញ្ជីត្រួតពិនិត្យការដំឡើងចម្រោះ និងកន្លែងលាងដៃ។
• ការផ្ដល់ការបង្រៀនមេរៀន WASH ដល់នាយកសាលា ជួយចាត់ចែងរៀបចំសម្ភារៈបង្រៀននិងកន្លែង បញ្ជីវត្តមាន និងជំនួយការផ្សេងៗ ដល់បុគ្គលិកសម្របសម្រួលតាមការជាក់ស្ដែង។
• ជួយរៀបចំចាត់ចែងពេលបង្រៀនស្ដ្រីតាមតំបន់គោលដៅ និងជំនួយការផ្សេងៗទៀត។

២ លក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការជ្រើសរើស ៖

• មានបទពិសោធន៍ធ្វើការងារសហគមន៍ និងមានចំណេះដឹងច្បាស់លាស់ផ្នែកភាសាខ្មែរ។
• ជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស មានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួលសហគមន៍ ធ្វើការងារដោយឯករាជម្ចាស់ការ និងមានគំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិត   ចេះសរសេររបាយការណ៍បានល្អ ដឹងច្បាស់អំពីភូមិសាស្ដ្រក្នុងតំបន់ប្រតិបត្ដិការ។
• ត្រូវតែស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដធ្វើដំណើរដោយម៉ូតូខ្លួនឯង ក្នុងទីតាំងការងារ។
• មានអត្ដចរិតល្អ, ពេញចិត្តនឹងធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម,  អត់ធ្មត់ និង ចេះសម្របសម្រួលតាមកាលៈទេសៈ។

មុខតំណែងៈ អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដកម្មវិធីទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យសាលារៀន

អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជា ជាអង្គការគ្រិស្តបរិស័ទក្នុងស្រុកមួយ ដែលបាននិងកំពុងអនុវត្តគម្រោងក្រោមគោលបំណងទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យ     (WASH)។ បេសកកម្មគឺ ដើម្បីលើកកំពស់គុណភាពទឹក អនាម័យ សុខភាព និងជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក្នុងបណ្តាសហគមន៍គោលដៅដោយប្រើបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងការអប់រំសមស្រប។ ការងារ​ទាំង​អស់​ត្រូវ​បាន​ធ្វើ​ឡើង​ដោយ​សហការ​ជាមួយ​ថ្នាក់​ដឹកនាំ​សហគមន៍ និង​អាជ្ញាធរ​មូលដ្ឋាន។ អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជាបច្ចុប្បន្នកំពុងអនុវត្តគម្រោងរបស់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងខេត្តចំនួន ១១ ដូចជា ស្វាយរៀង ព្រៃវែង កំពង់ធំ បាត់ដំបង ពោធិ៍សាត់ ឧត្តរមានជ័យ សៀមរាប ត្បូងឃ្មុំ កំពត រតនគិរីនិង ស្ទឹងត្រែង។

អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជាត្រូវការជ្រើសរើសអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តរយៈពេលវែងចំនួន ០១នាក់ សម្រាប់មុខតំណែងជា អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តរយៈពេលវែង កម្មវិធីទឹកស្អាតនិងអនាម័យសាលារៀន/School WASH Project Volunteer ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅ ភូមិជ្រី សង្កាត់យក្ខឡោម ក្រុងបានលុង ខេត្តរតនគិរី។

១ ការទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការងារ​ ៖

• ជួយបុគ្គលិកសម្របសម្រួលកម្មវិធីសាលារៀនតាមខេត្តអំពីការបង្រៀនស្ដីពីការប្រើប្រាស់និងថែចម្រោះទឹកជីវខ្សាច់ (ប៊ីយូសេនដ៍)។
• ជួយសម្រួលក្នុងការដំឡើងចម្រោះទឹកក្នុងសាលារៀនតាមតំបន់គោលដៅ។
• ចូលរួមការត្រួតពិនិត្យធុងចម្រោះតាមសាលាគោលដៅ។
• ដឹកជញ្ជូនសម្ភារៈចូលរួមត្រួតពិនិត្យការដឹកជញ្ជូនដំឡើងចម្រោះពីការិយាល័យខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺទៅកាន់សាលារៀនគោលដៅដើម្បី​រៀបចំ ទុកដាក់​ និងដំឡើងចម្រោះ។
• ជួយត្រួតពិនិត្យមើលការប្រើបញ្ជីត្រួតពិនិត្យការដំឡើងចម្រោះ និងកន្លែងលាងដៃ។
• ការផ្ដល់ការបង្រៀនមេរៀន WASH ដល់នាយកសាលា ជួយចាត់ចែងរៀបចំសម្ភារៈបង្រៀននិងកន្លែង បញ្ជីវត្តមាន និងជំនួយការផ្សេងៗ ដល់បុគ្គលិកសម្របសម្រួលតាមការជាក់ស្ដែង។
• ជួយរៀបចំចាត់ចែងពេលបង្រៀនស្ដ្រីតាមតំបន់គោលដៅ និងជំនួយការផ្សេងៗទៀត។

២ លក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការជ្រើសរើស ៖

• មានបទពិសោធន៍ធ្វើការងារសហគមន៍ និងមានចំណេះដឹងច្បាស់លាស់ផ្នែកភាសាខ្មែរ។
• ជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស មានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួលសហគមន៍ ធ្វើការងារដោយឯករាជម្ចាស់ការ និងមានគំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិត   ចេះសរសេររបាយការណ៍បានល្អ ដឹងច្បាស់អំពីភូមិសាស្ដ្រក្នុងតំបន់ប្រតិបត្ដិការ។
• ត្រូវតែស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដធ្វើដំណើរដោយម៉ូតូខ្លួនឯង ក្នុងទីតាំងការងារ។
• មានអត្ដចរិតល្អ, ពេញចិត្តនឹងធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម,  អត់ធ្មត់ និង ចេះសម្របសម្រួលតាមកាលៈទេសៈ។

អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជា ជាអង្គការគ្រិស្តបរិស័ទក្នុងស្រុកមួយ ដែលបាននិងកំពុងអនុវត្តគម្រោងក្រោមគោល បំណងទឹកស្អាត និង  អនាម័យ (WASH)។ បេសកកម្មគឺ ដើម្បីលើកកំពស់គុណភាពទឹក អនាម័យ សុខភាព និង ជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក្នុងបណ្តាសហគមន៍គោលដៅដោយប្រើបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងការអប់រំសមស្រប។ ការងារទាំងអស់ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងដោយសហការជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសហគមន៍ និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន។ អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជាបច្ចុប្បន្ន កំពុងអនុវត្តគម្រោងរបស់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងខេត្តចំនួន ១១ ដូចជា ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ត្បូងឃ្មុំ ព្រៃវែង ស្វាយរៀង កំពង់ធំ កំពង់ស្ពឺ សៀមរាប ក្រចេះ ស្ទឹងត្រែង ពោធិ៍សាត់ និងរតនគិរី។

អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជាត្រូវការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកចំនួន០១នាក់ សម្រាប់មុខតំណែងជា ប្រតិបត្តិករទឹក (Water Operator) ដែលមានទីតាំង ភូមិតាសែង ឃុំរណសិរ្ស ស្រុកសង្គមថ្មី ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ។

ក. ការទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការងារ៖

• ត្រូវមានទំនាក់ទំនងជាប្រចាំជាមួយក្រុមការងារគម្រោងធនធានទឹក អាជ្ញាធរ ព្រះវិហារក្នុងស្រុក អ្នកទទួលផល។ល។
• ទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះប្រតិបត្តិការប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងការអនុវត្តទូទៅនៃប្រព័ន្ធទឹក ដែលបម្រើដល់គ្រួសារនានានៅក្នុងតំបន់។
• ដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការធានាបាននូវការទទួលបានទឹកស្អាតដែលអាចទុកចិត្តបាន ខណៈពេលដែលរក្សាបាននូវនិរន្តរភាពប្រតិបត្តិការតាមរយៈការសងប្រាក់វិញនូវការចំណាយ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុប្រកបដោយវិន័យ។
• ត្រួតពិនិត្យការផលិតបរិមាណទឹកប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងធានាថាប្រព័ន្ធទឹកដំណើរការប្រកបដោយភាពជឿជាក់ និងដើម្បីធានាថាទឹកដែលផ្គត់ផ្គង់បំពេញតាម ស្តង់ដារដែលត្រូវការ។
• ធានាថាទម្លាប់ប្រតិបត្តិការត្រូវបានអនុវត្តតាមដោយក្រុមការងារ និងអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត។
• រក្សាកំណត់ត្រាដែលមានរបៀបរៀបរយសម្រាប់បរិមាណផលិតកម្ម ការត្រួតពិនិត្យគុណភាពទឹក ការខូច ការជួសជុល និងការរំខានសេវាកម្ម។
• កំណត់បញ្ហាដែលប៉ះពាល់ដល់គុណភាពទឹកឱ្យបានឆាប់ និងសម្របសម្រួលសកម្មភាពកែតម្រូវភ្លាមៗ។
• រៀបចំផែនការ ត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងសម្របសម្រួលការថែទាំសម្រាប់ប្រព័ន្ធបំពង់ទឹកទាំងមូល រួមទាំងស្នប់ បំពង់ វ៉ាល់ ធុង ម៉ែត្រ និងខ្សែចែកចាយ។
• ធានាការជួសជុលទាន់ពេលវេលា និងការថែទាំបង្ការ ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយពេលវេលារងចាំ និងការលេចធ្លាយ។
• សម្របសម្រួលសំណើសុំជំនួយបច្ចេកទេស នៅពេលដែលបញ្ហាលើសពីសមត្ថភាពផ្ទៃក្នុង។
• រកឃើញ និងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងការបាត់បង់ទឹក ការលេចធ្លាយ និងការប្រើប្រាស់ខុសច្បាប់ដែលអាចកើតមាន។
• គាំទ្រដល់ការទំនាក់ទំនង/ការយល់ដឹងរបស់សហគមន៍ ដើម្បីឱ្យអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទឹកអនុវត្តតាមច្បាប់ប្រើប្រាស់ និងតម្លៃដែលបានព្រមព្រៀងគ្នា។
• ប្រមូលការទូទាត់សម្រាប់ការប្រើប្រាស់ទឹកពីគ្រួសារនានា ស្របតាមប្រព័ន្ធ/តម្លៃដែលបានកំណត់។
• ធានាការតាមដានប្រាក់ដែលប្រមូលបានដោយតម្លាភាព និងត្រឹមត្រូវ (សេចក្តីសង្ខេបប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍ ប្រសិនបើចាំបាច់)។
• គ្រប់គ្រងការផ្សះផ្សារវាងការប្រើប្រាស់/ថ្លៃសេវាដែលរំពឹងទុក និងប្រាក់ពិតប្រាកដដែលប្រមូលបាន។
• រាយការណ៍ពីភាពមិនប្រក្រតី ឬភាពខុសគ្នាណាមួយជាបន្ទាន់។
• ត្រួតពិនិត្យការងារ និងអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត; ចាត់តាំងភារកិច្ចប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។
• ផ្តល់ការបង្វឹកសាមញ្ញ និងការណែនាំនៅកន្លែងធ្វើការសម្រាប់សកម្មភាពប្រតិបត្តិការ ការថែទាំ និងការត្រួតពិនិត្យ។
• លើកកម្ពស់ការធ្វើការជាក្រុម ការអនុវត្តការងារប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងការអនុវត្តនីតិវិធីស្តង់ដារជាប់លាប់។
• រៀបចំ និងដាក់របាយការណ៍ប្រចាំខែមកកាន់អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជា
• ត្រូវប្រាកដថារបាយការណ៍ត្រូវបានដាក់ជូនទាន់ពេលវេលា និងឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីទិន្នន័យត្រឹមត្រូវ។
• អនុវត្តភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀតតាមការតម្រូវរបស់អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង។

ខ. លក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការជ្រើសរើស ៖

• មានការសិក្សាយ៉ាងតិចបំផុតនៅបច្ចប់វិទ្យាល័យ ឬសមមូល (មានជំនាញបច្ចេកទេសកាន់តែល្អ)។
• មានបទពិសោធន៍យ៉ាងតិច 1-3 ឆ្នាំក្នុងប្រតិបត្តិការប្រព័ន្ធទឹក ការថែទាំ ឬតួនាទី WASH ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ (មានបទពិសោធន៍ច្រើនជាងនេះកាន់តែល្អ)។
• ស្គាល់ប្រព័ន្ធបរិក្ខារទឹក/បំពង់ទឹកជាមូលដ្ឋាន ស្នប់ វ៉ាល់ និងប្រតិបត្តិការចែកចាយទឹក។
• មានសមត្ថភាពរក្សាកំណត់ត្រាប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការថែទាំបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។
• មានសមត្ថភាពគ្រប់គ្រងការប្រមូលប្រាក់ដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវ ជាមួយនឹងការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់យ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះព័ត៌មានលម្អិត។
• មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាមួយនឹងការធ្វើគណនេយ្យសាមញ្ញ ឬមានឆន្ទៈក្នុងការអនុវត្តតាមនីតិវិធីហិរញ្ញវត្ថុរបស់ស្អាតកម្ពុជា។
• មានសមត្ថភាពរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ប្រចាំខែឲ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់។
• ចំណេះដឹងអំពីគោលគំនិតអាជីវកម្មជាមូលដ្ឋាន រួមទាំងការរៀបចំថវិកា សេវាកម្មអតិថិជន ការប្រមូលចំណូល និងនិរន្តរភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ គឺជាគុណសម្បត្តិមួយ។
• មានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការត្រួតពិនិត្យបុគ្គលិក/អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត ឬធ្វើការក្នុងបរិយាកាសផ្តល់សេវាសហគមន៍។
• មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយគ្រួសារ សមាជិកសហគមន៍ និងបុគ្គលិកដៃគូ។
• មានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួលយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស និងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងបញ្ហាប្រតិបត្តិការ។
• តម្រូវឱ្យមានការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះតម្លៃស្នូល បេសកកម្ម និង ចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជា។
• ភាពស្មោះត្រង់/ភាពសុចរិតក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងថវិកា និងទិន្នន័យ។
• តម្លាភាព/ភាពបត់បែន។
• ភាពជឿជាក់ និងការមកធ្វើការទាន់ពេលវេលា; ស្មារតីទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់។
• មានឆន្ទៈក្នុងការធ្វើការនៅទីតាំងដែលបានកំណត់។

All of the work is done in collaboration with community leaders and local authorities. We are looking for 01 (One) qualified candidate to fill the position of WASH Technical Coordinator based in Stung Treng.                                                               

1. Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Primary reporting line will be to the Provincial Project Team Leader.
• The WASH Technical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the technical quality, coordination, and effective implementation of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) activities within WinS and WinC projects.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards by providing guidance on the design, construction, and implementation of water systems, sanitation facilities, and hygiene interventions in line with organizational standards, national guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, support capacity building of staff and communities, contribute to reporting, and address technical challenges to ensure the quality and sustainability of WASH services.
• Provide training on operation and maintenance of WASH facilities to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain regular coordination and communication with key stakeholders, including school directors, commune and village authorities, Churches, PDRD, DoEYS, Finance and Administration departments, teachers, and other relevant partners.
• Conduct technical assessments, site inspections, surveys, and feasibility studies for WASH infrastructure.
• Support project planning and technical design processes for WASH interventions.
• Assist in improving the design of WASH infrastructure, including boreholes, wells, water piped systems, storage tanks, latrines, bathing shelters, handwashing stations, drainage systems, and solid waste facilities.
• Assist in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
• Support site assessments and site selection in accordance with project criteria.
• Monitor the construction and rehabilitation of water and sanitation facilities to ensure compliance with approved designs and technical standards.
• Conduct quality assurance and regular site inspections throughout the implementation process.
• Oversee contractor performance, construction progress, and adherence to timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards across multiple sites.
• Inspect key construction stages from foundation works through to project completion.
• Address technical issues on-site and verify completed works prior to handover.
• Ensure proper installation of biosand filters in accordance with organizational standards.
• Ensure installation activities are completed on schedule and implemented smoothly.
• Collect water samples for testing and quality assurance purposes.
• Take photos of construction progress, including site activities, signboards, and key project stages, in accordance with donor requirements.
• Train communities and committees on operation and maintenance (O&M) procedures for WASH facilities.
• Support troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of WASH facilities.
• Assist in developing simple O&M guidance for each facility and train community water committees on basic repairs, pump operation, and sanitation maintenance.
• Promote sustainability of WASH facilities through preventive maintenance practices.
• Support the procurement of construction materials and equipment.
• Participate in evaluation of construction contractors.
• Ensure timely preparation and processing of payment documents for contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Document technical progress, site conditions, and implementation challenges.
• Prepare technical reports, including progress updates, recommendations, and supporting documentation such as photos, site inspection forms, and completion certificates.
• Contribute to donor reports by providing accurate data on construction outputs and beneficiary numbers.
• Support the implementation of baseline and endline surveys in accordance with donor requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

1. Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in WASH infrastructure, construction supervision, or water supply systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Rural Development, or related technical fields.
• Knowledge of hand pumps, boreholes, piped water systems, sanitation facilities, and water quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer and reporting skills.

• ជួយសម្រួលការងាររបស់ប្រធានក្រុមផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសចម្រោះទឹក និងអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសចម្រោះទឹកនិងពន្យល់ដល់គ្រួសារ ដែលទទួលផលអំពីដំណើរការនៃការថែរក្សាចម្រោះទឹកអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងបំផុសស្មារតីម្ចាស់ការ​។
• ជួយសម្រួលការងាររបស់ប្រធានក្រុមផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសចម្រោះទឹក និងអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសចម្រោះទឹកផ្នែកកិច្ចការរដ្ឋបាល រៀបចំកត់ត្រា​ ចំនួនចម្រោះទឹកដែលដំឡើងហើយ និងបញ្ចូលទៅក្នុង​ប្រព័ន្ធ Iform Builder ។​
• ជួយរៀបចំ និងផ្តល់សម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗ ដល់អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តភូមិ​សម្រាប់ការដំឡើងចម្រោះទឹក។
• ​ទទួលខុសត្រូវ ​និងសម្របសម្រួលលើការដំឡើងចម្រោះទឹកថ្មី។

២. លក្ខខណ្ឌជ្រើសរើស ៖

• បញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់វិទ្យាល័យ។
• មានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការធ្វើការងារសហគមន៍ ​ឬសំណង់ផ្សេងៗ។
• ប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវតម្លៃ និងបេសកកម្មរបស់អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជា។
• មានក្រមសិលធម៌ការងារជាអាជីព។
• មានបំណងចង់ធ្វើការងារសហគមន៍។
• មានម៉ូតូផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និងមានឆន្ទៈក្នុងការជិះម៉ូតូតាមសហគមន៍។

បន្ទាប់ពីពិនិត្យលើសំណុំបែបបទសុំបំរើការងារ​អ្នកជាប់បញ្ជីសម្រាំង និងត្រូវបានធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនង​ ដើម្បីធ្វើការសម្ភាសន៍។
